As one private Label dog treats manufacturer, Pet Ideal has been serving our partners in 20 countries with quality products since 2005. We understand our success relies on the growth of our Customers Brand. We keep improving our product and service to ensure at all times we meet their expectations
1997 - David An, the funder of Ideal Treats, was honored to be one of the team members to develop first chicken pet treats for Japan.
2005 - Petideal company founded.
2006 - FDA registered and CFIA approved
2011 - APPA (American Pet Products Association) member.
2015 - Self-owned plant registered in EU.
2016 - Capacity expanded with 6 treats plant(3 self-owned, 3 contracted)and 3 rawhide factories(1 self-owned, 2 contracted)
2018 - Founder member of SPIA (Shandong Pet Industry Association)

2: Research and Development:
Our R & D personal are capable to developing your new idea or new concept. Research and development activities include developing new recipes, testing recipes, developing new manufacturing techniques, and improving existing methods, materials, and processes.
3. Quality Assurance:
All ingredients suppliers must be CIQ registered and qualify through our stringent Vendor Audit program and maintain that quality to meet our regular audits and inspections.
4. Packaging:
Bring us your finished artwork. We will take care of the rest job.
5. Worldwide Delivery:
Our logistics specialists will arrange delivery of your pet treats products worldwide on your schedule.
6. Customer Service:
Our customers are assigned to specific Customer Service Specialist allowing you to develop a relationship ensuring consistent, high-quality, personal service.
