TOPACKS INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. has over 20 years of production experience for various bags covering more than 300 staffs in our factory. Our monthly production capacity is around 200,000pcs basic backpack. We have our own brand "TOPACKS" and subsidiary import & export company FUJIAN TOP TRADE CO.,LTD. We offer a wide range of bag including backpack, school bag, leisure/casual bags, cooler bags, shopping bags, traveling bags, waist bag, trolley bag, handbags, and promotion bag and so on.

In our team, we combine designers, material sourcing staff and experts in operations of new designs. 1.Q. Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
A: Our factory locates in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China.You can fly to XIAMEN or FUZHOU International Air Port, and we will pick you up. Welcome to visit us!

2.Q: Can I get samples?
A: We are honored to offer you sample to check the quality and test the market, but you need to bear the sample costs at the sample stage. Sample cost would be refunded after you place the order.

3.Q: How do your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is 1st priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from raw material to shipping. Our factory has gained TUV Rheinland and BSCI certificates.
There are 14 QC staffs and 2 QC manager in our factory,they are responsible for 6 production lines.To guarantee good quality for clients,our QC staffs take care of them from material -  production - package - loading. All materials and final good will be tested at our Lab. before production and packed.They inspect each process and report to QC managers and Sales directly for any good/bad news. Our final inspection for ready cargoes which is handled by QC manager and Sales. The report complies with AQL 4.0 standard. In the past 20 years we have set up a strict Quality Control System.If you have further question, Pls contact us freely.

4. Q: When can I get a quotation?
A: We usually quote you within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. Pls tell us in your email if it is urgent. We will give priority to your inquiry. A more specific inquiry about the expected purchasing quantity would be appreciated.

5. Q: I have my own design, can you produce it for me?What about the sample fee and the time?
A: Great! We 'd like to produce your own design for you. We make OEM and ODM PRODUCTS for many customers. Pls contact us with your design artwork.
Generally speaking, the sample time is 7-10 days. The sample fee depends on the design, material, size and some details. We are looking forward to your idea and design.

6 . Q: what's your delivery time?
A: For stock items, we usually arrange your order within 5 workdays. For bulk items and customized items, the production lead time is normally about 50-60days. Pls contact us to get accurate delivery time.
