1. Q: Where are your factory located?If I visit your factory ,how can I get there?
A: Our factory is located in Tongxiang,Jiaxing city,Zhejiang,the nearst airport is HANGZHOU international airport,about 1.5 hours by car from our factory.

2. Q: What are your main products?
A: We are mainly doing sweaters for ladies and men,also for babies and children.

3.Q:what is the minimum order ?
A:If we have in stock,the MOQ is 10pcs each design,If customer's designs,the MOQ is 200pcs each model.

4. Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.

5. Q:  How about samples?
A: We do offer samples before making any production so that the production in exact compliance of the buyer's expectation. Samples can be delivered around 7 days after you make the sample fee payment.  

6. Q: How can i believe that after i payment you can send the goods to me?
A: First of all, if we did not send  the order out after receiving the payment,you can make a complaint on made-in-china,MIC will judge for you;Then, we are gold supplier on made-in-china for years, you can see no bad feedbacks or complaint ,we are trustable and reliable supplier.

7.Q:Can we make our logo on the sweater ?
A: Yes. We can accept your logo as your requirement as well as your design project.

8.Q:What about the payment terms and trade terms?
A: In general, we accept T/T.If small amount,we also can allow Paypal,West union, etc.
